IDC Directions 2011: The What, Why and How of Social Business

This year at the IDC Directions Conference I hosted a social business track that consisted of three session, 1. The What, Why and How of Social Business (I presented), 2. Cross Industry Panel on Social Business in Industry Verticals (excellent discussion with David Potterton, Thom Rubel, Rick Nicholson and Scott Lundstrom), and 3.
