    Your article is so true for both sides of the boarder. This is especially true for small businesses to realize and start using various methods to keep in touch with their current clients. They are leaving so much money on the table it isn’t funny. Businesses need to be aware of the actual costs of getting a new client compared to the costs of dealing with their current clients.
