    Jason, for sure sometimes we have to recruit from outside. Particularly with growing businesses. But one sure way to shorten the recruitment cycle is to recruit from within. Here’s my prediction: as the economy heats up and labor markets tighten we’ll see an increased emphasis on optimizing the talent the organization already has.
