    Interesting insight and may be true in the SaaS world, if only it were true outside SaaS – here in outsourcing for example! Great sales teams do not (at least should not) live by the numbers quarter to quarter. If they do, then they are probably not led by the visionary sales leads who would not mind waiting a couple of quarters to bring home that far fatter deal home. Great sales teams also do not work between Christmas and New Year – they have met their targets months before that and are busy spending their deserved bonuses now!
